नव वर्ष की शुभ कामनाएं

नव वर्ष की शुभ कामनाओं के साथ सभी दोस्तों के उस जज्बे को सलाम जिसने केवल ६०-७० दिनों में ही हमें करीब १२५ सेकेंडरी,४० नगर निगम स्कूलों में पहुँचा दिया। आप सभी की दिन रात की मिहनत से ही ये संभव हुआ है। हमारे लिए अभी बहुत काम है। हमें हर उस गरीब और मजबूर बच्चे की आँखों में उम्मीद की किरण जगानी है कि उसे एक दिन एक अच्छी सुबह मिल सकेगी। वो अपने 'सर' या 'मैडम' को किसी भगवान्, किसी मसीहा से कभी कम नहीं समझता। क्या उसकी मासूम आंखों में,उसकी नन्हीं हथेलियों में उसका आसमान, उसकी आंखों में कुछ सपने दे सकेंगे हम?हे भगवान् ! हम सबको ऐसी शक्ति दे कि हम तुम्हारी इस बगिया में कुछ नन्हें फूलों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान ला सकें.......

Happy New year to you all

On this first day of the new year we would like to thank all those friends who did hard labour in 2007 for the expansion of DELTA. Only due to day-night labour done by of all of you, our presence is in more than 125 schools of Directorate of Education, about 40 in MCD, 2 in NDMC and in 7 public schools. It is really interesting to say that it is done within 60-70 days. It shows that what people can do if they are united for a better cause. We salute all of you and there is no word with us to appreciate this tempo and courage.
Now the bigger aims are before us. We have to collect the sky and the horizon, in palms of every child of this nation who dreams for a 'better' education..........

जाने वालों की याद आती है

चले गए अपनी कीमती यादें छोड़कर .....

वो जो कमर पर हाथ रखकर और अपने जूतों की नोक आगे से उठाकर उनको बडे स्टाइल से हम गुरु जनों को दिखा - दिखा कर हिलाते रहते थे,फलाना ढिमका बोलते रहते थे ।

बहुत एहसान हैं उनके, हम दिल्ली के गुरु लोगों पर। वो हमारा बहुत ध्यान रखते थे।

हमेशा याद दिलाते रहते थे कि अगर वो हमारी ऐसी -तैसी नही करते तो हमारा निजीकरण हो जाता।

आपको खूब सारा प्यार और आशीर्वाद ....जोकमार जी....
जहाँ रहो आबाद रहो,
दिल्ली रहो या इलाहाबाद रहो...

हमें कैमरे का विरोध करना होगा

हमें अपने स्किल को पेटेंट रखने का हक है। हमारी मर्जी के विरुद्ध कोई हमारी रिकार्डिंग नहीं कर सकता। यह ऍम.आर.टी.पी एक्ट और बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकार का मामला है।दुनिया का कोई भी डाक्टर ,वकील अपनी कला को रिकॉर्ड नहीं कराता, न इसकी अनुमति देता है।हमारी रिकार्डिंग करनी है तो हमें तीन गुनी सैलरी देनी पड़ेगी। हो सकता है कि हमारी रिकार्डिंग को ही ८-८ घंटे की दो अन्य शिफ्ट में दिखा कर काम चलाया जाय। हमें अपने कॉपी राईट के लिए कोर्ट में चलने के लिए एक होना होगा।चट्टानों को तोड़कर पहले एक छोटा सा झरना फूटता है। फिर ऐसी अनेक छोटी-छोटी धाराओं से एक महान नदी बनती है और अंत में एक महान डेल्टा बन जाता है जिसमे सभ्यताएं विकसित होती हैं।

"हम तो दरिया हैं, अपना हुनर मालूम है हमको,

जिधर भी चल पड़ेंगे, रास्ता नया एक बन जाएगा"....

We must unite to oppose our recording in schools

The process of recording of a teacher in a classroom is the violation of MRTP (Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices) and IPR (Intellectuals' Property Right) acts. No any doctor,lawyer ,actor,singer etc allows anybody to record his skill,the way of arguments,appeals in court, the method of surgery, then how we can allow anybody to record the style of our teaching!Every teacher is unique with his own developed skills and it is his bonafide patent.When we got appointment, there was no any agreement of recording the materials taught by us. We were taught in the B.Ed. course that we must erase the blackboard before leaving the classroom.

Then this move to install camera to judge our skills and teaching is totally un-democratic and violation of the present MRTP and IPR acts as well as the CCS rules also.
Come with us,we will approach to the court against it.
