All schools will remain closed up to 08 July 2012 due to hot summer days and non- arrival of monsoon in the capital.

All public schools will remain closed too which are called as un-aided recognised schools in the circular flashed on www.edudel.nic.in

It is a general practice that public schools violate these Govt. orders and keep open their schools in extreme cold or summer too.

Friends,

You all are advised to prepare videos and capture photographs of such Public Schools whose buses are plying on roads full with students.

These public schools need a lesson and get prepared with your mobiles and cameras.

Online attendance of all schools should be carefully watched daily and collected to nab those who are habituated to bunk their duty

Most of the people, students and RTI activists are suffering in schools due to non-availabilty of Principals and other staff due to summer vacation and their usual tendency to come late or bunk the duty.


The school timings has been changed from 10 AM to 5 Pm for both shifts.

A circular has been sent to all HOS regarding this notification too.

Attention is drawn towards the guidelines issued by Directorate of Education. vide letter dated 14.05.2001 vide which it has been directed that the schools/ offices of both shifts shall remain open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (1:00 pm to 1:30 pm – Break) during vacation to attend official works during vacations.

They have to send their online attendance upto 10:30 AM according to the circulars issued by Directorate of Education issued on 12 July 2011.

RTI activists, NGO and members of DELTA are requested to set the trends and tunes according to the chores for sake of the Education and the poor people of the capital.

सरकारी स्कूलों के छात्र भी देंगे वीकली टेस्ट

सरकारी स्कूलों के छात्र भी देंगे वीकली टेस्ट

सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले लाखों छात्रों को भी अब वीकली टेस्ट के लिए तैयार रहना होगा। पब्लिक स्कूलों की तरह अब सरकारी स्कूलों में भी वीकली टेस्ट होंगे। सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को स्मार्ट बनाने की कवायद के तहत शिक्षा निदेशालय यह आदेश जारी किया है। इसमें सतत समग्र मूल्यांकन (सीसीई) के तहत ही वीकली टेस्ट देने को कहा गया है। वीकली टेस्ट में न केवल सभी विषयों को शामिल किया गया है, बल्कि इसके लिए सप्ताह के दो दिन मंगलवार और बृहस्पतिवार का चयन भी किया गया है। इन दोनों दिनों में स्कूल खुद कक्षाओं को विभाजित करेंगे। शिक्षा निदेशालय की अतिरिक्त निदेशक (परीक्षा) डॉ. सुनीता एस. कौशिक ने इस बाबत बीते चार अप्रैल को सभी स्कूलों को आदेश जारी कर दिया है। कौशिक ने स्कूलों के प्रिंसपल से कहा कि वे न केवल वीकली टेस्ट शुरू करें, बल्कि छात्रों को सीसीई के तहत एसाइनमेंट, प्रोजेक्ट, एक्टिविटीज भी कराएं ताकि उनके अंदर सृजनात्मकता पैदा हो सके। शिक्षा निदेशालय के आदेश के मुताबिक इसी हफ्ते से स्कूलों में वीकली टेस्ट शुरू हो जाएंगे। वीकली टेस्ट में कक्षा 4 से कक्षा 12 तक छात्रों को शामिल किया गया है। टेस्ट के लिए शिक्षा निदेशालय ने अपना एक प्रारूप भी तैयार कर दिया है ताकि बच्चों के प्रदर्शन की भी जांच की जा सके। शिक्षा निदेशालय की इस पहल पर पब्लिक स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल ज्योति अरोड़ा और वंदना कपूर ने बताया कि यह निदेशालय की बहुत ही अच्छी पहल है। आम तौर पर यह देखा जा रहा था कि सरकारी स्कूलों में केवल वार्षिक परीक्षा होने से बच्चों में पढ़ाई के प्रति कुछ अलगाव हो जाता है। वहीं, पब्लिक स्कूलों में हर सप्ताह टेस्ट होने से कक्षा में बच्चों के बीच बेहतर करने की दिलचस्पी बढ़ती है, जिससे वे पढ़ने के लिए लालायित रहते हैं। सरकारी स्कूलों के शिक्षकों के एसोसिएशन डेल्टा के महासचिव मदन मोहन तिवारी ने कहा कि इस पहल से वाकई सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को फायदा होगा। उन्हें भी हर सप्ताह बेहतर करने की दिलचस्पी बढ़ेगी। आपको बता दें कि राजधानी में सरकारी स्कूलों की संख्या 937 है। यहां 14 लाख के करीब छात्र पढ़ाई करते हैं। कक्षा 4 से कक्षा 12 तक, जिनमें वीकली टेस्ट होंगे उन कक्षाओं में बच्चों की संख्या नौ लाख से अधिक है। शिक्षा निदेशालय इससे पहले खेलकूद की गतिविधियों को बढ़ाने के लिए राजधानी के सौ स्कूलों को बेहतर बनाने के लिए चुना था।

सूचना के अधिकार से खुलेंगे रास्ते

सूचना के अधिकार से एक रोचक जानकारी सामने आई है।

शिक्षक संघ के चुनाव ९-१० वर्षों से नहीं हुए है और यही कारण था कि हमलोगों को यह नया शिक्षक संगठन 'डेल्टा ' बनाना पड़ा.

चुनाव नहीं होने के पीछे टुच्ची राजनीति है। इसको केवल इस डर से टाला जा रहा है चूँकि जो आज हैं उनकी जमानत भी नहीं बचेगी.

चुनाव नहीं होने से शिक्षा विभाग में कुछ सरकार समर्थक शिक्षक नेताओं की चांदी हो गयी है। अनेक वर्षों से ये नेता राजनेताओं के साथ घूमते देखे जा रहे हैं। उनके आगे ये शिक्षक हित की कम और अपने हित की बातें अधिक करते हैं।

यहाँ तक भी ठीक था मगर इस नजदीकी का लाभ उठा के शिक्षक नेताओं ने सीनियरटी लिस्ट में मन माफिक जोड़ घटाव करवाया और स्वयं ही बारी से पहले पदोन्नति ले ली।

इससे सीधी भर्ती से 1996 से ही आने वाले और अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के शिक्षकों का अधिकार मारा गया है।

इस मुद्दे पर तुगलकाबाद के एक वाइस प्रिंसिपल रूपराम मीना ने सराहनीय लड़ाई लड़ी है और उनको सहयोग देने की जरूरत है।

हम समाज को विश्वास दिलाते है कि जो शिक्षक नेता वर्षों से बिना चुनाव कराये मुख्यालय में जमे बैठे हैं और इस तरह सीनियरटी लिस्ट को तोड़ मरोड़ कर स्वयं प्रोमोशन ले रहे हैं उनको सजा जरूर दिलाएंगे।

यह पूरे समाज के साथ किया गया सबसे बड़ा विश्वासघात है और इसकी जितनी भी निंदा की जाय, कम है।
