हमने दिल से काम नहीं किया

शिक्षक दिवस के दिन आर के पुरम सेक्टर-१२ के एक छात्र द्वारा एक शिक्षिका को थप्पड़ मारे जाने की घटना और विद्यालयों में बढ़ती अनुशासनहीनता का कड़ा विरोध करने के लिये एक हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया था।
इसके लिये हमने उस विद्यालय के शिक्षकों के साथ दिल्ली के अनेक विद्यालयों से हस्ताक्षर मंगवाए थे, जिन्हें मुख्यमंत्री एवं शिक्षा मंत्री को सौपना था।
मगर आप सभी ने इस दिशा में शुरुआती उत्साह दिखाया और समय बीतने के साथ आपका आक्रोश ठंडा पड़ता चल गया।
हमें उम्मीद से काफी कम हस्ताक्षर मिले और हमें खेद है कि हम आपके अपमान के विरुद्ध हस्ताक्षर जुटाने में कड़ी मेहनत नहीं कर सके।
हमारी रणनीति में कुछ कमी थी और कुछ अति उत्साह भी था।
हम अपने साथ दिल्ली के उतने संगठनों को भी नहीं जोड़ सके जितना हम सोच रहे थे।
कोई बात नहीं... हमने यह तो जाना कि जल्दीबाजी में उठाया गया कदम मजबूती से नहीं उठता.

Our Fourth Glorious Year

DELTA has completed its fourth year of successful service to Educationists.

Congratulations ... to all of you

We have marked our presence in a very different style in education sector from our first day of origin.

We used RTI and legal services of advocates to get our targets finished.

We never tried to do table talk with any officer because they just waste time and never try to take right decisions by their own brain and heart.

We never used tools like Dharna-Pradarshan and strike etc for our demands.

In fact... teachers' unions and its trade unionism was redefined by us.

We used RTI and latest technology like mobiles, SMS, video-conferencing, websites as our tool to unite educationists and used general public from society to work together.

Hundreds of teachers and general public were trained in RTI, RTE and Computers by us in last 4 years.

We united more than 20 NGOs, some eminent social workers, senior advocates, press reporters, TV channels, corporates and people from "Jhuggi jhopdi" too in favour of teachers.

It is really surprising that a large section of society is coming again in favour of teachers and they are understanding the tough working conditions of our schools and the truth that...

These schools are not for children but for....ANIMALS...!

And... we the School teachers are working just like their COWBOYS...ONLY.. !

Yes... a large section of society is knowing the fact that we are innocent but our policy makers are not in right way.

This was our aim and we achieved well.

We all are being heard on many national debates in the capital of India organised by many National and International organisations where problems of teachers were raised boldly before authorities of UNICEF, NCPCR, DCPCR...etc.

We raised our voices boldly that we alone are not responsible for the poor conditions of schools and we were always supported by crowd by open hands.

Our views were seriously supported by many news papers and we always got highest and bigger space in media.

Friends... this all happened by your joint efforts... and many, many CONGRATULATIONS to you all...!

RTI needs careful handling

See the news published in the Hindustan Daily, New Delhi (15 October 2011).

The order of Hon'ble CIC (Central Information Commision) on social audit of records available in schools needs to be taken carefully।

School authorities have to show all its records to any citizen .

This decision is nice to hear but too hard to practice.

It facilitates a citizen to be alert on transparent administration and expenditures of public money but it needs responsible citizenship too.

On last 30 th September, 60 schools were audited by some persons sent by NGOs and even by some political parties.

It caused many un-desired scenes in schools where some local 'JHOLA CHHAP' leaders tried to dominate their ego over educationist....!

The CIC orders are not in good taste neither it could be accepted.
CIC has diluted the process of filing RTI applications for inspection of records and it is not in favour of anyone.

This decision of CIC to do social audit of schools is against the true spirit of RTI and it MUST be challenged by DIRECTOR EDUCATION in Hon'ble HIGH COURT.
Even the Education Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely was surprised to know how local JHOLA CHHAP leaders of different political parties are now trying to insult teachers on the name of social audit.

यह गुंडागर्दी है... और हमलोग अपने ऊपर किसी की नहीं चलने देंगे...

केंद्रीय सूचना आयोग को इस तरह का आदेश देने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है...

इसको हाई कोर्ट में चैलेंज किया जाना चाहिए .

मित्रों ,

शिक्षा विभाग ने एक आदेश दिनांक 28-10 -2011 को जारी कर दिया है जिसमें स्पष्ट तौर पर लिख दिया है कि कोई भी एन जी ओ या झोला छाप नेता प्राचार्य की अनुमति के बिना न तो अन्दर आ सकता है न ही किसी तरह की छानबीन कर सकता है। विभाग के सभी अधिकारी धन्यवाद के पात्र हैं जिन्होंने हमारा मनोबल ऊंचा किया कि हर मुसीबत में वे हमारे साथ हैं।

अब हम उन 'गुंडों' से निपट लेंगे जो एन जी ओ चलाने के नाम पर स्वयं ही सरकारी एजेंसियों से मिलकर 'पब्लिक मनी की बन्दर बाँट में लगे हैं।

जिसे देखो मुंह उठाये स्कूलों में घुस कर शिक्षकों को अपमानित करने में लगा हुआ है।
