The anomaly arising due to 6th pay commission has to be removed vide many office circulars which were issued from time to time but no concrete steps were taken so far.The junior officials are getting higher pay than their seniors due to anomaly.
A newly recruited TGT has to be fixed minimum on Rs. 17140 (BP 12540 + GP 4600) if he is being appointed on 01/01/ 2006 or after this date.
This recommendation caused many anomalies in pay fixation of TGT who were recruited or promoted before 01/01/2006.
The date of appointment of Mr. Kamalchand, TGT was on 16/01/2006 and Mrs. Pinki Devi on 03/01/2006 and they were awarded higher pay starts than their seniors.
We all have uploaded the pay –fixation papers of these teachers foe your convenience and you all are suggested to download the papers from the website of DELTA and prepare file for the claim of stepping–up.
The anomaly of all TGT in Delhi has to be rectified on the basis of these two teachers.
This is only for the stepping up of pay of the seniors up to juniors and this is not the end of the problem.
DELTA has demanded BUNCHING with 01 increment after every 02 years as it was suggested by 6th Pay commission.
The pay scales with BUNCHING were first of all displayed by DELTA on its website www.delta.org.in and on its page named as DOWNLOAD in September 2008 all over the country and we got vast support and appreciations from all educationists for suggesting the right way of pay fixations.
DELTA salutes and thanks to all those teachers also who have approached to court and CAT for higher pay start over Rs. 17140 for TGT and we wish them all of the best for getting positive decisions which are eagerly awaited. After stepping up of pay up to juniors we all have to fight for getting BUNCHING and we hope co-operation from you all.
