Transfer to nearest school is the main problem of teachers

The problem of housing in this capital city is well known to every person.If a teacher is appointed far away from his normal residence then he will travel more and naturally his devotion to the job will decline. the Govt must think positively to make multistorey residential flats for teachers in every school. It will be really a popular and favourable step to please the teaching community.Most of the teachers are from other states and they will welcome the move.There should not be any tension of housing and travel for a teacher.Many teachers are willing to get transferred to the nearest school of their residence but the bureaucracy is dominant on all welfare means chalked out by the present Govt. How it will be praised if a teacher comes to a school situated at the southern border of Delhi near Gurgaon from Burari, a village at far north ! He applied for at least 6 times but the system is still cruel to his request.The lady Principal of Sangam Vihar gets success in detaining all those lady teachers who applied for their transfer, in spite of real problems which are being faced by them. There are many problems of teachers like some quoted above and they are looking towards their administrators but the first and the most important problem is the "transfer" at suitable school near their residence.
May the present policy makers ease the process of transfers....

घोट लिटरेचर को ,अपनी हिस्टरी को भूल जा,

शेखो-मस्जिद से तअल्लुक तर्क कर स्कूल जा,

चार दिन की जिंदगी है, कोफ्त से क्या फायदा,

खा डबल रोटी, क्लर्की कर,खुशी से फूल जा।

यह शिक्षक दिवस समारोहों की पूर्णाहुति है

रोहतक (हरियाणा) में गेस्ट टीचर्स पर कल पुलिस की गोली चली, शिक्षक मारे गए। आन्दोलन कर रहे थे कि उनको कुछ आर्थिक सम्मान मिल जाए, इस महंगाई के दौर में कुछ खुल कर साँस ले सकें। कुछ सपने लेकर आए थे आंखों में कि शायद धरने -प्रदर्शन से कुछ मिल जाएगा। पहले ही आंसू आंखों में भरे थे तभी तो फरियाद करने आए थे। फिर आंसू गैस के गोले किस लिए जरूरी थे ! पहले ही हमें क्या कुछ कम दर्द था कि अब बन्दूक की गोली का भी दर्द देते हो ! पहले शिक्षक गुरु था,फिर मास्टर हुआ,फिर टीचर, 'टूटर', शिक्षा मित्र,पारा-टीचर,गेस्ट टीचर,कांट्रेक्ट टीचर और अब न जाने क्या -क्या होगा ! पहले शिक्षक एक जगह बैठ कर ज्ञान देते थे, शिष्य हाथ जोड़े खड़े रहते थे। अब शिक्षक खड़े रहकर 'ज्ञान' दे रहा होता है, 'स्टुडेंट' बैठे होते हैं । पहले हमें हाथ जोड़ा जाता था, अब हम हाथ जोड़ कर पढा रहे हैं, नहीं तो किसी थाने में पिटाई का केस बना देंगे। अनेक स्कूलों में क्लास रूम में कुर्सियां नही रखी जातीं कि कहीं टीचर बैठ कर कुछ आराम न करने लगे। फिर भी धन्य है ये देश, जहाँ किसी भावुक शिष्य ने लिख मारा था -"गुरु ब्रह्मा ,गुरु विष्णु, गुरुर्देवो महेश्वर"...... यूँ भी गुरु ब्रह्मा किसी चेयर पर तो बैठते नहीं....
रोहतक की घटना ने शिक्षक दिवस समारोहों की पूर्णाहुति कर दी....अब अपनी-अपनी क्लासों में चलिए....

Policies on children Education Assistance,DA and Pensions

All govt employees will get children education assistance upto 1000 per month per child and it will be limited for two children only. The Hostel subsidy will be Rs 3000 per month per child. If the husband and the wife both are working then only one can avail this facility.

The Govt has notified circulars regarding children education assistance, DA and pensions.

The major formula for the pensioners to know the new pension is to multiply pre 2006 pension with the fitment formula of 2.26

All Govt employees will get reimbursement of Rs 12000 annually for two children studying from class 1st to 12th and it will be reimbursed per quarter of the year.There is no doubt of tuition fee or education allowance and it is clearly merged with the new heading " children education assistance scheme".

माननीय हाईकोर्ट ने स्टे दे दिया

आज दिल्ली नगर निगम के हजारों शिक्षक भाइयों के लिए बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी दोपहर में मिली है। जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि दिल्ली नगर निगम द्वारा एक बहुत ही अपमानजनक आदेश निकाला गया था कि सुबह की पाली में जिसमें बच्चियां पड़ती हैं, उनसे पुरूष अध्यापकों को हटाया जायेगा। ऐसा पिछले दिनों कुछ अखबारों में गन्दी ख़बरों के छपने के बाद हुआ था। हम मानते हैं कि हमारे पेशे में कुछ नकाबपोश अपराधी जरूर आ गए होंगे परंतु इसके लिए पूरे शिक्षक समाज को अपमानित ना करें,प्लीज। अखिल दिल्ली प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ इस मुद्दे को हाईकोर्ट में ले गया था और आज उन्होंने पूरे समाज की इज्जत रख ली। इसके लिए गुरुदेव भगत सिंह दहिया जी एवं श्री रामचन्द्र डबास जी की पूरी टीम को साधुवाद मिलना चाहिए। पारसनाथ भाई, आपने बहुत बड़ा काम किया है। आपको ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं।
